Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

SELLER: the company identified above.

BUYER: the customer who completes the reservation form and payment.

2. Subject

The BUYER reserves the selected motorcycle model for the specified dates, paying online either a prepayment (minimum 20%) or the full amount.

3. Service & Price

The selected model, pickup/return dates and branch, and total rental price are shown in the reservation summary. The amount charged is, at the BUYER's choice, at least 20% of the total (prepayment/deposit) or the full amount. Currency is TRY or EUR depending on the user's language. Applicable taxes are included.

4. Payment

Payment is collected via iyzico by credit/debit card with 3D Secure. Card details are not stored by the SELLER.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Art. 15/1-(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for rental services to be performed on a specific date. However, cancellation and refund terms are provided on the 'Delivery, Cancellation & Refund' page in the BUYER's favor.

6. General

The BUYER confirms having read and accepted this agreement and the Cancellation/Refund Terms before paying. A valid driving licence and ID are required to collect the motorcycle.

7. Disputes

Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.

8. Effect

This agreement takes effect upon the BUYER's electronic approval and completion of payment.
