1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by the SELLER identified above, acting as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Data We Collect

Reservation form: full name, email, phone number, pickup and return dates and branch, selected motorcycle model, requested delivery address and anything you write in the free-text note field.

Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and cookie identifiers (analytics and advertising cookies only if you consent).

If you contact us via WhatsApp: your message and phone number.

Payments are processed via iyzico Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. Your card details are NOT stored by us; they are handled directly by iyzico under PCI-DSS standards.

3. Purposes

Creating and managing reservations, collecting payment, customer communication, answering requests and complaints, site security, measuring visit statistics and advertising performance where you consent, and fulfilling contractual and legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds

Reservation and payment data: KVKK Art. 5/2-c, necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract.

Invoicing and accounting records: KVKK Art. 5/2-ç, compliance with a legal obligation.

Site security and server logs: KVKK Art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest.

Analytics and advertising cookies and commercial electronic messages: KVKK Art. 5/1, explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Recipients

Payment services: iyzico Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Türkiye).

Public authorities where legally required.

6. International Transfers

Because of Google and Meta services and iyzico card network operations, your data may be transferred to servers located outside Türkiye. For analytics and advertising cookies this relies on your explicit consent; for payment processing, on the performance of the contract (KVKK Art. 9).

7. Retention

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, request that such actions be notified to third parties, object to results arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to Apply

You may submit requests in writing to the address above or by email from the address registered in our systems, in line with the Turkish Communiqué on Application Procedures. Please include your name, contact details and the subject of your request. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
