Rental Terms & Fees
For a smooth rental experience, please review the terms below before you book.
Age, licence, deposit, insurance, payment and cancellation
- Minimum age
- You must be at least 21 to rent. For large-displacement motorcycles such as the BMW GS series the minimum age is 25 and a full A licence is required.
- Licence
- A 50cc scooter can be rented with a class B licence. Models up to 125cc require an A1 licence, models up to 395cc an A2 licence, and larger motorcycles a full A licence. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, an International Driving Permit is also required.
- Deposit
- A security deposit is taken at pickup for first-time rentals: €150 for scooters, €300 for manual motorcycles, €500 for adventure motorcycles and €700 for premium large-displacement motorcycles. It is refunded in full when the motorcycle is returned in the agreed condition. The deposit is not the prepayment; it is taken separately at pickup.
- Insurance
- Compulsory traffic insurance is included in every rental and covers damage caused to third parties. Damage to the rental motorcycle, theft and tyre punctures are not covered by it. Comprehensive cover is optional and costs an additional €15 per day.
- When you pay
- A prepayment of 20% of the rental price is taken when you book and the balance is paid at pickup. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pickup.
- Cancellation and refund
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before the pickup time, the prepayment is refunded in full. For later cancellations and no-shows, the prepayment is not refunded. Refunds are made via iyzico to the card used for payment and can take 3 to 14 business days to appear.
- Date and model changes
- Free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
Important Information
- For added security, we recommend keeping the motorcycle in a closed/covered car park at night.
- Only the customer who rented the motorcycle may ride it.
- You must lock the steering every time you park the motorcycle.
- Daily distance limit: 150 km for 50–500 cc motorcycles, 200 km for 600–900 cc, and 250 km for 1000 cc and above.
- Road/toll charges (bridges, highways) are paid automatically; you pay the amount used when you return to the office.
- The rental period is 24 hours. For any delay, an overage fee of ₺350 applies for each hour.
- The customer is responsible for the motorcycle and all equipment.
- The airport delivery/return fee is €60 one-way (each direction is charged separately).
- For delivery to a custom address, the delivery/transfer fee varies by distance; the exact amount is confirmed via WhatsApp.
