The Yamaha Neos 4 is the easiest way onto two wheels in Turkey for anyone without a motorcycle licence: its 50cc engine rides legally on a standard category-B car licence. With a top speed around 45 km/h it's built for short city hops, waterfront cruising and neighbourhood streets — note that the Bosphorus bridges and motorways are off-limits to this class, so plan routes within the city.
Its light weight makes parking, kerbside manoeuvring and tight-street U-turns effortless. The underseat compartment swallows a helmet, making it a great companion for daily errands and coastal rides, and fuel consumption is the lowest in our fleet.
Third-party insurance and a helmet are included; the scooter-class deposit is €150. Flat, scenic runs like the Moda waterfront, Caddebostan and the Yeşilköy coast road are the Neos's natural habitat, and the 250 km daily allowance is more than generous for this class.

Can I ride the Neos 4 on a car licence?
Yes. As a 50cc vehicle the Neos 4 rides legally on a valid category-B (car) licence — no motorcycle licence needed. If your licence isn't in the Latin alphabet, carry an International Driving Permit.
Can I cross the Bosphorus bridges on it?
No — 50cc vehicles aren't allowed on the bridges or motorways. To reach the Asian side, take the car ferry, which accepts motorcycles.
